Hi, I'm Kristel.

Originally from Kihnu — a small island off the coast
of Estonia — I've called London home for the past
17 years.
I've been a personal trainer for 15 years, working
with women online and in person across the UK and
Europe. What started as a passion for competing in
bikini fitness and bodybuilding has grown into
something much bigger: helping everyday women feel
strong, energised and confident in their own bodies.
Recently I've also fallen in love with mobility
training — because feeling good isn't just about
how you look, it's about how you move.
I'm also a mum and a wife, and yes — we're that
family that actually enjoys staying active together.
My qualifications include Personal Training, Mat
Pilates, Sports Massage, Boxercise, Nutrition,
Pre & Postnatal Training, and about 15 other courses
I've probably forgotten to mention.
You'd never be bored. I promise.
